We currently deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri excluding public holidays).
Shipping is free for orders over €55 (after discounts). For orders below €55, standard shipping fees apply.
We ship via PostNL or DHL. Once your parcel is handed over to the carrier, tracking becomes available.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we can’t influence delivery speed — but we’ll always help you track it.
Carrier selection: Shipped via PostNL or DHL (Track & Trace provided). Transit time: 1–3 business days for NL, 2–5 business days for BE.
- Netherlands: €8.00 shipping fee (Free for orders over €55).
- Belgium: €10.00 shipping fee (Free for orders over €55).
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts. Note: If a partial return brings your final order total below €55, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. During peak seasons, transit times may be slightly longer.
- Support until delivery: We’ll support you until your order is delivered, and help with carrier follow-ups if needed.
- Damage support: If a package arrives damaged, please take photos (including the packaging before unboxing) and contact us within 48 hours.
- Loss support: If the carrier confirms a shipment is lost (after investigation), we’ll offer a refund or a replacement subject to availability.
- Address Check: Please ensure your delivery details are 100% correct before checkout.
- Undeliverable/returned parcels: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or storage expiry, you can choose a refund (minus original shipping) or re-shipping at your expense.
