Welcome to our Returns page. We want our cushions to be the perfect fit for your outdoor comfort. If the product isn't quite right, you can initiate your return online in a few simple steps.
After you fill out the return form via the link below, you will receive an email with a payment link for the shipping label. Please ensure you use the same email address that was used for the original order.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive your shipping label. Note that return labels are valid for 5 days. If yours expires before use, please contact us at info@podpop.one
The return shipping fee for the Netherlands and Belgium is €5.50. For other countries, the cost will be specified during the return process.
To receive a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of notification in "as new" condition. Individual plastic packaging must remain sealed; if the inner bag is opened or torn, a diminished value fee (up to 25%) will be deducted.
Cushions may be tested indoors only. Any signs of outdoor use (dirt, pollen, stains, or odors) will result in a rejected return or a significant refund deduction (up to 100%).
Please use a protective outer box or bag for shipping. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the original product packaging. Return processing may take up to 10 business days after arrival.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@podpop.one within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
In cases of confirmed defects or shipping errors, we will provide a replacement or a full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Please note that if a returned "defective" product shows signs of standard use, staining, or intentional damage, it will not qualify for a free return.
