TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing on podpop.one, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

We sell physical goods as described on the website. Custom-made or personalized items are not offered unless explicitly stated.

2. Prices and Payments

Prices are in EUR and include VAT (BTW) where applicable. Any shipping or additional charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (iDEAL, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store card data.

3. Contract Formation

A sales contract is concluded when we send the dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order (e.g., out of stock, payment not authorized, incorrect details) with a full refund where applicable.

4. Processing & Shipping

Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium via our shipping partners with tracking. Transit times are indicative only. Risk of accidental loss/damage passes to the buyer when the carrier records handover.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a lost shipment by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation. After confirmation, a refund or a replacement (subject to availability) will be issued.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by emailing info@podpop.one. Dispatched orders cannot be canceled.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Opened or used items will not be refunded. If a return is rejected, you will be notified by email and may choose to pay return shipping to have the product sent back to you.

8. Warranty & Conformity

If your item is defective/damaged on arrival or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange replacement/repair/refund as appropriate. If the carrier confirms loss, we will refund or resend subject to stock.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on podpop.one (texts, photos, graphics, logos, design) is protected. Any use requires prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by Stripe.

12. Complaints

For complaints, email info@podpop.one. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve within 14 days.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes).

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
