We use DHL delivery services to send our products to EU countries. Our goal is to ensure fast delivery of your order. Our logistics team processes orders within one business day.

Standard delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium takes 1-5 business days and is free for orders over €55. For orders under €55, a €5.95 delivery fee applies. For delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium, an additional fee will be charged, which will be indicated when placing the order.

During sales periods or high volumes of logistics traffic, delivery may take a few extra business days than usual.

We will email order status updates and provide a DHL tracking code to monitor delivery.

DHL will make one attempt to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, DHL will hold packages up to 7 days at a nearby service point for pickup. They may also attempt delivery to neighbors.

Delivery time 1-2 business days for all EU-countries. Delivery rates depend on the weight of the products your order and the delivery address you fill in during check-out.
