TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases on podpop.one. By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Products

We sell physical goods as described on the website. Custom-made or personalized items are not available.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed via Stripe using iDEAL, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Shipping

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL or DHL. Standard delivery time is up to 5 business days. Shipping within the Netherlands is included in the product price unless otherwise noted on the product page.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a lost shipment by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation. After confirmation, a refund or a replacement (subject to availability) will be issued.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting info@podpop.one. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Opened or used items will not be refunded. If a return is rejected, you will be notified by email and may choose to pay return shipping to have the product sent back to you.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Copyright

All content, including product images and text on podpop.one, may not be used without written permission. Unauthorized use will be pursued under Dutch intellectual property law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
